Jaclyn Lasaracina is a corporate attorney. She currently serves as associate general counsel for Policygenius, an insurtech company. From 2019 to 2020, she served as General Counsel and head of the people team at Ribbon Home, Inc., a fintech company. From 2013 to 2019, she held various legal roles at Zillow Group, Inc., including vice president and assistant general counsel. In this role, Jaclyn led the employment and corporate law functions, including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She began her legal career at the law firm of Perkins Coie in Seattle.

Jaclyn currently serves as a CASA (court appointed special advocate) for foster children in Essex County, New Jersey. She previously served as secretary and general member of the board of directors of Art with Heart, a Seattle-based nonprofit organization that offers art therapy books and programming to children who have experienced trauma. Jaclyn graduated summa cum laude from The George Washington University Law School and received her BA in International Affairs and Public Policy from Princeton University. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and daughter.
