Caitlin works for Deloitte, where she helps lead their US Purpose Office’s strategic positioning and marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked in brand management at various consumer products companies such as Unilever and Estee Lauder and was responsible for the growth and marketing strategies and P&L delivery for several of their brands. She is a passionate problem-solver and enjoys developing business and marketing strategies to address consumer needs. Caitlin initially learned about Room to Grow through an event at her son’s preschool, and she immediately felt a strong connection and pull to its mission and work.

Caitlin grew up in Westchester and received her BA at Georgetown University and her MBA from Wharton. She lives in the West Village with her husband, three young children, and their dog.
