Holly Jordan joined the Room to Grow Leadership Council in 2025 after organizing her son’s nursery school clothing drive and discovering Room to Grow’s impactful mission. As a mother to a NICU graduate and a preeclampsia survivor, Holly knows firsthand how vital support is for families during the challenging early years. Her family spent 144 days in the NICU after her son’s premature birth, giving her a deep understanding of the critical need for resources and care during this time.

Before becoming a full-time parent in 2021, Holly spent two decades leading strategic partnerships and business development for luxury brands, including L'Occitane, Dylan's Candy Bar, and Prada. She is a native New Yorker and graduate of Emory University and The Chapin School.

Holly resides in New York City with her husband, happy and healthy son, and two dogs. In addition to Room to Grow, she volunteers at animal rescues and children’s hospitals.
