Stephen is a Managing Director in Monomoy’s Accounting Advisory line of business, and has nearly 20 years of experience providing advisory and assurance services. Stephen provides financial reporting, technical accounting, and transaction support in connection with capital markets readiness (IPOs), mergers & acquisitions, buy-side/finance integrations, and accounting policy implementations (e.g. new standards) and conversions (e.g. IFRS to US GAAP).

Prior to joining Monomoy, Stephen was a Director in KPMG’s Accounting Advisory Services practice, where he had a wide focus on the various topics noted above. Stephen additionally was a Senior Manager at Siemens Corporation, primarily responsible for financial statement and operational audits with a considerable focus on transaction-related projects. Before Siemens, Stephen was a Manager in KPMG’s audit practice where he led financial statement audits for a variety of multinational clients, providing considerable exposure to SEC reporting matters and U.S. GAAP and IFRS issues.

Stephen received his BSBA in Accounting and Finance, with a minor in Spanish from Western New England College (now University).
