Begum Agca Okutgen is a senior executive at Blueground, a tech-enabled global property management company. Her extensive experience in real estate spans technology-driven property management and pricing solutions, marketplace development, m&a and optimizing operations to enhance profitability and scalability. Prior to Blueground, Begum worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company, advising retail and consumer goods companies on operational efficiency and growth strategies. 

She is also an angel investor, mentor to early-stage startup founders, and a passionate advocate for early childhood education and animal rights. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
