Richard is a senior executive with significant C-suite experience who has a strong passion for enabling business change through improved processes, driving cultural change, and identifying technology solutions that enable business transformation. Richard is currently the head of Global Real Estate, Planning, and Strategy for Boeing. Prior to joining Boeing, Richard worked at JLL, ABM Industries, and Morgan Stanley.

Richard joined Room to Grow in 2012. He lives in Madison, NJ, with his wife, Emi. They have 2 children—Robbie and Maya. Richard graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Mathematical Methods and Political Science. In their spare time, Richard and Emi golf, play tennis, and train in martial arts.
