Richard is a senior executive with significant C-suite experience who has a strong passion for enabling business change through improved processes, driving cultural change, and identifying technology solutions that enable business transformation. Richard is currently the Executive Digital Director at JLL. Richard supports JLL's enterprise clients in identifying their real estate business needs and developing strategic technology solutions to address those opportunities. Before joining JLL, Richard worked at ABM Industries and Morgan Stanley.

Richard joined Room to Grow in 2012. He lives in Madison, NJ, with his wife Emi. They have 2 children — Robbie and Maya. Richard graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Mathematical Methods and Political Science. In their spare time, Richard and Emi golf, play tennis, and train in martial arts.
