Jennifer Dowd joined the Room to Grow New York Board in 2012. Upon graduating from the University of Florida with a BS in Advertising, she began her career as a buyer of children’s apparel for Macy’s Department Stores. After nine years at Macy’s, Jennifer moved over to the clothing manufacturing side of the retail business as a consultant. Now a full-time parent, she is involved in her community and children’s schools, currently serving on the Board of Trustees of the Epiphany School Foundation. She enjoys running and was part of Room to Grow’s inaugural New York City Marathon team in 2019. Jennifer and her husband live in Gramercy Park with their three children.
