Nancy Twine was introduced to Room to Grow in fall 2021 and joined the National Board in December 2021. Nancy is the founder of Briogeo, a globally recognized prestige personal care company and the fastest growing hair care product line at Sephora and Ulta, globally. Less than 10 years after launch, Nancy sold Briogeo to The Wella Company. Today, Nancy expands her impact as an investor, advisor, and philanthropist, empowering others through NancyTwine.com, Makers Mindset podcast, and the Dream Makers Founder Grant.

Nancy graduated summa cum laude from The University of Virginia - McIntire Undergraduate Business School in 2007 with a B.S. in Finance. She spent seven years (2007–2014) at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in the Commodities Sales division before leaving to become an entrepreneur and founding Briogeo in 2013.

Nancy has extensive leadership and board experience, both within the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, and is passionate about leveraging her skillset to support the growth and strategic vision of the other for-profit and nonprofit companies she supports.
