Manfred Caranci is a partner within KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, which he joined in 2006. He has over 20 years of experience advising corporate and private equity clients on both complex business acquisitions and divestitures.

Prior to KPMG, Manfred started his career at PwC within their audit practice, and he is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Manfred currently resides south of Boston with his wife, three sons, and new puppy. He is an active member in his local community as a regular volunteer at his local food bank. In his spare time, Manfred enjoys cooking, music, studying martial arts, and traveling with his family.
