Jessie grew up in Massachusetts and has spent most of her life exploring New England. In high school, she began volunteering at a local nonprofit and very quickly realized that she wanted to work in public service and support the communities that she grew up in and around. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Political Science. In her free time, Jessica enjoys cooking, playing board games, hiking, kayaking, and reading (almost) any book placed in front of her.
