Jason Bond is a Managing Director in the Global Markets Group of Bank of America Securities. As Head of Americas High Yield Credit Sales, he manages a team of salespeople responsible for the distribution of primary products and revenue generation through secondary trading. In addition to driving business, Jason is devoted to and heavily involved in the firm’s diversity and leadership initiatives. He is on the Senior Advisory Board of GBAM DEAL (Developing & Engaging African-American Leaders) and has been active in the firm's Women’s Leadership Committee (WLC) and Black Executive Leadership Committee (BELC).

Mr. Bond remains active in the community in which he grew up and founded the Jason Bond Scholarship for Academic and Athletic Achievement at his alma mater, Woodlands High School in Hartsdale, New York. Jason resides in Armonk, NY, with his wife Rachel and their children, Jackson, Ava, Jessica, and Jack. Jason graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. In their spare time, Jason and Rachel enjoy golf, yoga, and traveling.
