Aditi Malhotra Ahooja has been a dedicated member of Room to Grow’s New York Leadership Council since 2023. With a successful career spanning over two decades as a chef and chocolatier, Aditi brings a unique combination of business expertise and a strong commitment to social responsibility to support Room to Grow’s mission.

Her passion for the chocolate industry led her to establish Tache Chocolate, an artisanal chocolate company known for its exquisite artistry and delightful flavors. In addition to creating delectable treats, Aditi also offers chocolate-making classes. Through her creative initiatives and strategic partnerships, she has seamlessly merged her love for chocolate with her philanthropic endeavors, organizing charity events, auctions, and collaborations.

Aditi resides in Brooklyn Heights with her loving husband, Karan, and their wonderful boys, Jai and Ayan, accompanied by Remy (their beloved 10-year-old lab). She cherishes quality time spent with her family, engaging in baking activities with her children, and exploring diverse cultures through travel.
