Elise Spector joined Room to Grow as a Coordinator in the People and Culture department in 2021. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a pediatric occupational therapist, guiding children with disabilities to grow their skill sets and live life to the fullest. She is passionate about supporting families and optimizing child development. Elise has a background in people operations and has experience working with several nonprofit organizations in Colorado, including Bal Swan Children’s Center and Emergency Family Assistance Association. She holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of Colorado. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, skiing, reading, and painting.
