Dwayne is a 20+ year Fidelity Investments veteran and currently serves as the VP of Social Impact, Strategy & Planning. Throughout his tenure, he has made significant contributions to various areas of the firm, including finance, corporate real estate, and technology. Dwayne recently served as regional co-site lead for the NY/NJ region, playing a crucial role in fostering community and associate engagement.

Dwayne’s commitment extends beyond his professional responsibilities, reflected in his prior service as the Global Co-Chair for Fidelity’s Black and Latino Employee Resource Group. In this leadership position, Dwayne spearheaded initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion, contributing to Fidelity's competitive edge in a diverse marketplace. His strategic vision and tactical execution have significantly impacted the group’s goals, emphasizing leadership excellence through networking, education, and mentoring activities.

Dwayne currently resides in New Jersey with his wife, Stacy, and their two beautiful children, Sydney and Dylan.
