Robyn Carter is Chief Operating Officer at CMG Associates, a solution-focused employee assistance program serving state and local government as well as local, regional and multinational companies. Prior to beginning EAP work in 2018, Robyn was the executive director of Room to Grow in Boston. She has dedicated her career to providing leadership and service in Boston human service organizations committed to building upon the strengths of individuals, children and families. Robyn has served as vice president of programs and services at United South End Settlements and as network director for early childhood and prevention programs at the Home for Little Wanderers. Robyn was a 2006 Schott Fellow in Early Childhood Education and Care and is now an alumnus of the CAYL (formerly Schott) Fellowship program. She presently sits on the board of the Ashland Education Foundation, and recently served as a leadership mentor through the Institute for Nonprofit Practice/Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life at Tufts University. Robyn holds a B.A. in Psychology from Williams College and an MSW from Boston University.
