Judd B. Kessler is an Associate Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. As part of his research, Judd evaluates the efficacy of various programs, including nonprofit programs, by measuring their short-term and long-term impacts. Judd received his BA and PhD from Harvard University and received an MPhil from the University of Cambridge. Judd grew up in New York City, where he now lives with his wife and three children.
