Joanna joined Room to Grow in 2014 with an interest in working toward greater equity for communities and families affected by poverty. During her time at Room to Grow, Joanna has held various roles across the New York and National teams to support the organization’s operations, evaluation projects, and growth strategy planning and implementation. As New York Deputy Director, she currently oversees program operations in the region, as well as the National Family Services and Evaluation departments. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy and Environmental Policy from Fordham University and is an alumna of the New York University Wagner Fellowship for Emerging Leaders in Public Service.
