Giselle Nelson, MS, MEd
National Advisory Council
Giselle Nelson specializes in integrating psychology and neuroscience into the field of education. She served on Room to Grow’s Boston Advisory Board for seven years. Her main focus at the organization concerns data collection and analysis of the evidence-based program. Giselle serves as a mentor for students at Phillips Exeter Academy and Harvard’s Graduate School of Education. She is the Co-Chair of the Parents Association at the Meadowbrook School of Weston. She is a former researcher and teacher.
Giselle graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy. She earned a BS in Biology and an MS in Physiology and Biophysics, both from Georgetown University. She also holds an MEd in Mind, Brain, and Education from Harvard University. She currently lives outside Boston with her husband and two daughters.
