Cindy Del Villar joined Room to Grow as an expectant mother in 2014. While enrolled in the Room to Grow program, Cindy worked as an administrative manager in a daycare. After gaining some experience working in daycares, Cindy decided to open her own daycare business, which she has been directing since 2017. Cindy joined Room to Grow once more in 2019, this time as a parent advocate. She loved the program so much that she decided to join it in hopes of being a part of helping any and all future expectant mothers that might be in need. Today, Cindy's business is thriving and is opening up a second daycare business with her husband, whom she has three beautiful kids with. She also fundraises yearly for the Trisomy 18 Foundation. Her story of overcoming homelessness to becoming a successful entrepreneur was so inspiring that she has been featured in a myriad of media opportunities including featured on Good Morning America, Parents magazine, and a commercial for baby brand, Huggies. Cindy enjoys traveling with her family, cooking, and reading in her spare time. She is also working on publishing her first memoir.
