Beatrice joined Room to Grow’s Boston Leadership Council in 2023 after involvement with the Young Professionals’ Council over the past several years. She cares deeply about Room to Grow’s mission and believes support in the first few years of life is key to closing the achievement gap. Bea is a manager at L.E.K. Consulting. She has spent the last 5 years at L.E.K. focused on retail and consumer strategy and M&A. She received her BA in Art History from Wellesley College, where she minored in Education Studies.

Bea lives in Boston’s Charlestown with her husband, Michael, and two young children, William and Genevieve. She loves spending time at the beach with her family and has a passion for planning travel and parties.
