Sandra Medeiros Named as New Executive Director in New York

Room to Grow is thrilled to announce the appointment of Sandra Medeiros as the new Executive Director of the New York region.

Having worked in urban education and nonprofit management for 20 years, Sandra brings experience in teaching and learning, program development and implementation, and people management to Room to Grow. Her dedication to educational equity and increasing opportunities for historically marginalized communities drives her work. Prior to Room to Grow, Sandra held positions at Children's Literacy Initiative and iMentor, and a leadership role at Teach for America.
