Welcome Room to Grow's New Executive Director in Boston

A new chapter in Room to Grow Boston begins today. We are excited to announce the appointment of Oneda Horne as the new Executive Director of the Boston region.

Prior to Room to Grow, Oneda held leadership roles at a variety of nonprofits in Greater Boston and Philadelphia that focused on efforts to eliminate gaps for under-resourced communities. Her commitment toward increasing access for underrepresented youth and their families is fueled by her own life story and those of many in her home community of Roxbury.

Oneda brings strong strategic planning skills, extensive experience in program innovation and management, excellent people management skills, and a great love for the city of Boston to Room to Grow, and is eager to get started.
