Weekly Inventory Sorting Opportunities
The boutique look of our space is an important aspect of our program and we are always in need of reliable volunteers to help us accomplish this goal. Volunteers help organize and prepare our inventory of infant and toddler clothing, toys, books and equipment while keeping our space organized and welcoming. This is a great opportunity for students, retirees or new parents who may bring their non-mobile babies with them while they volunteer. A minimum of 4 hours per week from Tuesdays through Fridays, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm is recommended.
We welcome corporate groups throughout the year to help organize and prepare our inventory. Volunteering with your co-workers can be a great team bonding experience. We can accommodate groups of up to seven people during core program hours Tuesdays through Fridays 10:00am - 5:00pm; and a minimum of ten up to 15 people during evenings Tuesdays and Wednesdays 5:30pm - 7:30pm and on Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pm.
New York Cares Volunteer Groups
